| I am changing the size of the font using the change font option, but the font hasn't changed size on the screen. |
Make sure that 'Size-to-fit' is switched 'off'.
If you are using the Standard software you cannot change the size of the font. |

| I don't want lines to print on the label. |
Before you print the Job, turn off "SETTINGS - SHOW AND PRINT LINES".
Please Note: this only relevant if the template has lines. |

Select the template and then simply input a single space into one segment.
