One thing about Silver Fox - we always look after our customers. This is a picture of Paul on a support call back in 1999, assisting one of our customers with our new Labacus Innovator software .
Since its introduction Labacus Innovator has undergone uncompromising continuous improvement - indeed even today the process is on-going.
Just by way of example since it's introduction we have re-engineered the user interface, upgraded the import functionality, introduced a context-sensitive help module, written our own 'Plug'N'Play' thermal printer driver.........
Today, Paul and the rest of the support team are a little quiet, despite the fact that we have literally thousands of software packages in the market. (Edit by Technical Support Team: We are still very busy doing other things though!!).
