When you purchase one of our software packages on-line, even if you have downloaded it previously you will be invited to download it again from receipt page on completion of your order.
Once you have purchased the software to fully activate it you will also need to register it. Click here for further details.
Your order will also be confirmed by e-mail including a software download link. Please read our Software License Agreement

| Shipping Charges |
Shipping is applied at the checkout according to the shipping destination and weight of the items purchased. All UK orders are £12 (up to 5kg) plus 25p per additional kilo.

| Refunds Policy |
If any item(s) are out of stock for more than seven days we will provide a full refund or offer you your choice of similar alternatives up to the same value.
